My name is Kristen Ferry and I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer! If you don’t already follow me, I am on Instagram as @kristen.ferry I also have a Facebook group, “Kristen’s Health Community”, that is dedicated to being a space where I share information, accountability, people can ask questions, share recipes, and all other things related to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle!

I truly have a passion for fitness and nutrition and love helping others on their journey to a healthy lifestyle! I believe in balance with all things in life. Exercise and fueling my body with nutrition makes my body feel great, and so does a little bit of chocolate and ice cream here and there 😉 I believe in finding a sustainable plan to truly make this a healthy LIFESTYLE for you. I don’t believe in restricting certain foods or two hour long workouts every day. My goal is to help you find YOUR balance in life that makes you feel your very best! 🙂

ALL plans are offered in 8 or 12-week options.


Workouts + Nutrition

  • Customized workout program
    • Tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, schedule, and experience
    • Gym based OR home program
    • Workouts will be in 2 or 3 progressive phases (depending on if you choose an 8 or 12-week plan)
  • Customized calorie and macronutrient goals (other approaches available per request)
    • Nutrition guidance including simple meal ideas, a grocery list, and a recommended food guide.
    • Guidance and resources on tracking macronutrients/calories via MyFitnessPal.
  • Access to the Trainerize app where you will have your own profile, video demonstrations of each exercise, and the ability to track progress with nutrition, measurements, and strength.
  • Initial consultation call to understand your goals etc.
  • Weekly check-ins
  • 24/7 email and message support
  • A healthy and sustainable plan to help you reach your goals and feel your very best!

8 weeks: $150    12 weeks: $200

Nutrition ONLY

  • Access to the Trainerize app (if needed) where you will have your own profile and the ability to track progress with nutrition.
  • Initial consultation call to understand your goals etc.
  • Weekly check-ins
  • 24/7 email and message support
  • A healthy and sustainable plan to help you reach your goals and feel your very best!

8 weeks: $90    12 weeks: $125


One-Time Workout Program

  • Customized workout program
    • Tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, schedule, and experience
    • Gym based OR home program
    • Workouts will be in 2 or 3 progressive phases (depending on if you choose an 8 or 12-week plan)
  • Initial consultation call. No check-ins etc. once you’ve received the program.
  • This is a great option if you are someone that is already somewhat comfortable in the gym and doesn’t need the regular accountability but are looking for a structured training program customized to your goals.

8 weeks: $50    12 weeks: $80
