My name is Kristen Ferry and I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer! I truly have a passion for fitness and nutrition and love helping others on their journey to a healthy lifestyle! I believe in balance with all things in life. Exercise and fueling my body with nutrition makes my body feel great, and so does a little bit of chocolate and ice cream here and there πŸ˜‰ I believe in finding a sustainable plan to truly make this a healthy LIFESTYLE for you. I don’t believe in restricting certain foods or two hour long workouts every day. My goal is to help you find YOUR balance in life that makes you feel your very best! πŸ™‚

Below are the current packages that I am offering. I prefer to work with clients on workouts AND nutrition because it is important to have a grasp on both to see success. If I am only working with you on one component, I do not know how you area approaching the other. However, every individual is different so I want to provide options if necessary! Duration of ALL plans is 12 weeks.


Workouts + Nutrition

  • Customized workout program
    • Tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, schedule, and experience
    • Gym based OR home program
    • Workouts will be in progressive training blocks.
  • Customized calorie and macronutrient goals (other approaches available per request)
    • Nutrition guidance including simple meal ideas and a recommended food guide.
    • Guidance and resources on tracking macronutrients/calories via MyFitnessPal.
    • Guidance on how to eat for your goals.
  • Access to the Trainerize app where you will have your own profile, video demonstrations of each exercise, and the ability to track progress with nutrition, measurements, and strength.
  • Initial consultation call to understand your goals etc.
  • Weekly check-ins
  • 24/7 email and message support
  • A healthy and sustainable plan to help you reach your goals and feel your very best!

Payment Options:

  • 12 weeks paid in FULL: $225 total ($75/month)
  • 3 monthly payments: $255 total ($85/month)

Workouts ONLY

  • Customized workout program
    • Tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, schedule, and experience
    • Gym based OR home program
    • Workouts will be in progressive training blocks.
  • Access to the Trainerize app where you will have your own profile, video demonstrations of each exercise, and the ability to track progress with measurements and strength.
  • Initial consultation call to understand your goals etc.
  • Weekly check-ins
  • 24/7 email and message support
  • A healthy and sustainable plan to help you reach your goals and feel your very best!

  • 12 weeks paid in FULL: $115 total ($38/month)
  • 3 monthly payments: $135 total ($45/month)

Nutrition ONLY

  • Customized calorie and macronutrient goals (other approaches available per request)
    • Nutrition guidance including simple meal ideas and a recommended food guide.
    • Guidance and resources on tracking macronutrients/calories via MyFitnessPal.
    • Guidance on how to eat for your goals.
  • Access to the Trainerize app (if needed) where you will have your own profile and the ability to track progress with nutrition.
  • Initial consultation call to understand your goals etc.
  • Weekly check-ins
  • 24/7 email and message support
  • A healthy and sustainable plan to help you reach your goals and feel your very best!

Payment Options:

  • 12 weeks paid in FULL: $135 total ($45/month)
  • 3 monthly payments: $160 total ($53.3/month)

I am only interested in working with those that are going to take this seriously. If you aren’t committed to putting forth 100% effort into this journey and our coaching relationship, then this is not going to work for either of us. Please inquire only if you are willing to put in the work!
