Alright, I totally understand that reading nutrition label can be very confusing for SO many of us, I’ve been there. Which is exactly why I wanted to share this information with you guys! Below are a couple of graphics that break down a few things:
- how you get the total calories that a food contains
- how many calories per gram each macronutrient contains
- what nutrients we want MORE of
- what nutrients we want to slightly limit
- what the “% Daily Value” means
