Healthy AND Guilt Free!

Yes, you read that right. You are not hallucinating. You are not crazy!

I have tried and attempted to try sooo many “healthy dips.” Every time, I was disappointed. Here is the deal, I have a sweet tooth. When I am craving sugar, that means I want it NOW. I do not want to drive to the grocery store, otherwise I will end up with the entire candy and cookie aisle in my shopping cart. (Another reason why I only grocery shop online) Some recipes were very elaborate and had ingredients that I have never heard of before.

I want something simple, inexpensive, and ingredients that I regularly have on hand.

So, here we go….

This recipe has THREE ingredients… Greek vanilla yogurt, peanut butter (I only use Jif), and mini chocolate chips.


Step 1: Mix together 1 part peanut butter and 2 parts greek vanilla yogurt. I just use a spoon to do this – i.e. 1 spoonful peanut butter and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Mix it together REALLY WELL. It takes a couple minutes to incorporate the peanut butter with the yogurt.

Step 2: Add as many mini chocolate chips you want. I prefer the mini chocolate chips. I have tried the regular sized chocolate chips, but it tends to be too much. (Too much? Crazy I know!)


I usually have this dip with apples and sometimes bananas. It does last me 2-3 days. Just store in an airtight container and refrigerate!
